✿ All my canvas sizes are always wider than 1000 pixels.
✿ If you have the same character but you want different poses in one canvas like character sheets. One will cost the base price and the others will count as additional characters.

Commission Process

You can always track your commission progress on my Trello:

  1. Fill out the Order Form and notify me once you are done.

  2. I will contact you back if I accept your commission.

  3. You will be asked to choose between paying full upfront or paying after the sketch.

  4. A sketch will be sent to you and you would be free to make any changes.

  5. (Note: You can only do MAJOR changes during the sketch. After that, only minor changes can be added. I will bill you more for major changes.)

  6. Once revised and approved by you, I will move on to outlining.

  7. I will send you progress shots after each revision or art phase (sketch, lineart, flat colors, rendering, BG).

  8. It will take me weeks or months to finish a commission depending on workload, school, personal issues or more. But I will inform you if I have not finished your commission and the reason why.

  9. Once everything is done, I will send you the finished work (and post it in my social media with your consent).

Terms of Services

By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully:

  • Comissions are paid FULL UPFRONT or AFTER THE SKETCH.

  • I will do the easiest comms first.

  • One commission = one slot. Therefore if a person orders three commissions, they hold three slots.

  • You are able to give me a due date for the commission but please mention it in your order form beforehand.

  • I have the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.

  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)

  • You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.
